"We could go on about how incredible the presentation was and how amazing their marketing of our home was and it was, but we would like to talk about how they performed when a big problem happened. A week before closing the lender and the agent for the buyer of our home stopped returning calls. It was apparent that there was some problem. Steve was very aggressive in trying to contact these people and even offered a solution to the buyer?s agent on how he could help solve the problem for their buyer. But the other agent never called back and ignored the problem completely. We were very upset at this as we were ready to move and concerned about putting our home back on the market; would it sell; would we get our price; how long will it take; will the seller of the home we are buying wait for us all of this was terribly stressful.
Steve told us on Thursday evening that by 11:00am on Friday, the day we should have been closing on our home, that he wanted to have our home back on the market. He promised they would do everything they could to get it sold quickly. Steve and his team started calling all the original agents that showed our home the first time. They sent those same agents emails of our home and the virtual tour and also emailed out to all area agents that our home was available again. Steve also told us he was going to list our home $20,000 higher then the price we listed at the first time. He asked us to trust him with this decision and we did but were very nervous as we needed a contract right away. On Saturday, only one day later, we had a fully ratified offer for our home at the new price Steve suggested and this offer got us $27,000 more then the first offer by the time we were done negotiating."
